Thoosie polls the public ride-status feed at every park it tracks, about once a minute, and records what that feed reports: the posted wait, and whether the ride is operating, closed, or down. That second measurement is unusual. Wait-time trackers are common; almost nobody records whether the ride was running at all, which is what makes downtime figures possible.
