Everything Thoosie does, on real screens

Every screen below was captured from the app at Kings Dominion on October 17, 2026, with that day's live data.

Live waits

Every ride's posted wait, all day

Thoosie reads each park's posted waits through the day and lists every ride with its wait and its walking distance from you. The shortest waits and walk-ons sit on the home screen, and one switch hides whatever is closed.

That covers more than 130 parks across North America, Europe and Asia: about 2 million readings a day. Waits are the park's posted numbers; a few parks publish schedules and forecasts instead, and Thoosie says so on their pages.

Smart Route

A ride order built from the waits, the walks and the weather

Set when you arrive and leave, pick a pace (Balanced, Thrill or Family) and choose your rides. Smart Route orders them around the posted waits and the walks between them, favors indoor rides in the rainy hours, and places your meal where the lines are worst.

This plan covers the 11 coasters open that afternoon: 263 minutes of waiting, finished by 9 PM.

Following the route

Your next ride, always on the home screen

Once a route starts, the home screen shows the next ride with its wait and walk, and the two after it. The full timeline shows every step with its start time, and a tap marks a ride done and moves you on.

KeepSafe

A theft alert for the phone you left in the ride bin

Arm KeepSafe, lock the phone and walk away. Secured mode is for a bag, a locker or a stroller; Coaster Basket mode allows for the bumps of a ride bin. Real movement triggers the alarm: your Apple Watch is notified, the phone vibrates, and your recovery contacts are told. A small bump gets a quiet watch buzz first.

Best Day to Visit

Pick the day before you buy the ticket

A crowd forecast and the weather for each day of the coming week, with the days the park is closed marked as closed. Closed days come from the park's published calendar, and crowd levels from Thoosie's per-date crowd forecast, weighed alongside the weather.

Height Check

Know what each kid can ride before you get in line

Enter a child's height and whether an adult is riding along, and every ride they can ride is listed with its requirement and thrill level.

End of Day

The most rides you can still fit in

End of Day takes the time left before closing and builds a final sprint from the current waits, flagging the coasters that would be new credits.

What's Near Me

The closest rides, restrooms and food

Emergency

Help, in one place, when you need it

Call 911, call the park's guest services, find first aid, and the steps to take if a child is separated from you. Where a park's first aid stations are not mapped yet, the screen says so plainly.

Coaster Credits

Ride with your Watch on and the credit logs itself

Your Apple Watch detects the ride's motion, GPS confirms the park and the coaster, and the ride is saved to your history as a card: max force, airtime, top speed, your peak heart rate, the wait, the weather and who you rode with. No tapping, no manual log. No Watch? Phone detection works too.
