Terms of Service

By using Thoosie, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Thoosie is a roller coaster credit tracking app that uses Apple Watch sensors to detect rides, records credits, and mints digital collectible NFT cards. The app includes free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with Apple to use Thoosie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Thoosie offers optional paid subscriptions (Thoosie Plus and Thoosie Pro) billed through the App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. NFTs & Digital Collectibles

NFT credit cards are digital collectibles with no monetary value.
NFTs are not financial instruments, investments, or securities.
There is no secondary market, trading for real money, or cryptocurrency exchange within the app.
NFTs are minted on the XRP Ledger and stored on Arweave. Once minted, they cannot be deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Spoof, fake, or manipulate ride data to earn credits fraudulently
Use GPS spoofing or sensor manipulation tools
Harass, threaten, or post inappropriate content
Attempt to access other users' accounts or admin features
Reverse-engineer the ride validation system

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Thoosie a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

7. Ride Detection Accuracy

Thoosie uses sensor data and algorithms to detect rides. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Rides may require manual review. Credits awarded are at our discretion based on our validation system.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thoosie is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
