The All-Day Dining Deal: Is It Worth It?

Hersheypark's All-Day Dining Deal costs $39.99 per person (plus taxes and fees). It gets you one entree and one side at 15-plus participating locations throughout the park, with a 90-minute wait required between uses.

The math: if you eat twice (once around 11 a.m. and once around 4 p.m.), you're paying roughly $20 per meal at in-park pricing, which is competitive with the a-la-carte prices at most locations. If your group eats consistently throughout the day and you hit the 90-minute window cleanly, it pays off. If you're a light eater or plan to graze on snacks, the Single-Use Meal Deal at $19.99 (one entree, one side, one drink, one use) is the better value.

Season pass holders can purchase dining plans separately. King Size and Giant Size pass holders get a drink plan built in — free fountain and slush refills every 10 minutes at participating locations in an exclusive souvenir cup.

The 90-Minute Window Strategy

The busiest dining windows are 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6:30 p.m. Avoid both.

Optimal timing with the All-Day Dining Deal:

Mobile ordering through the Hersheypark app is available at select locations. Use it during peak windows to skip the counter line entirely.

Specialty and Signature Experiences

Simply Chocolate — The chocolate-focused restaurant near Hershey's Chocolatetown does milkshakes and chocolate-themed dishes. During King Size Shake Week (June 8-14 in 2026) they offer three specialty topped milkshakes including a Birthday Cake flavor. Lines are long during specialty events but worth it once.

Star-Spangled Picnic — An all-you-care-to-eat buffet offered exclusively during July 4th weekend at the Fahrenheit catering area. Held July 3 and July 4. Separately ticketed, not included with the All-Day Dining Deal.

Water Park Dining

The Boardwalk has its own food options separate from the main park. If you're spending significant time at the water park, plan a meal there rather than toweling off and hiking back to the main park.
