Galaxi was a compact steel coaster, one of roughly fifteen attractions the park opened with in 1975. Built by the SDC company, it was a mass-produced model of the kind found at parks and fairs of the era, offering a modest, twisting ride rather than a headline thrill. It operated until 1983, then was cleared to make way for the park's growing lineup.
